ANKARA - Executives of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) will start having talks with representatives of business and banking world in Turkish commercial hub of Istanbul tomorrow.
The IMF delegation headed by Turkey Mission Chief Lorenzo Giorgianni will listen to views and proposals of the business world about the ongoing economic program.
IMF executives will start meeting Turkish authorities in capital Ankara as of Wednesday (October 11th).
Recent macro economic developments and expectations, and structural reforms will be debated in IMF delegation`s talks with representatives of business and banking world and Turkish authorities.
The IMF is expected to complete the sixth review with Turkey till the end of this year.
Therefore, sources said that the fifth and sixth reviews may be united since they are complementary of each other.
The IMF delegation will complete its talks and depart from Turkey till October 20th, they noted, adding that IMF executives may visit Turkey again in November to complete the fifth and sixth reviews.
