I.M.F. Executive Board Meeting On Turkey Can Be Held In Second Half Of November

WASHINGTON/ANKARA - International Monetary Fund (IMF) officials said that IMF Executive Board's meeting on Turkey could be held in the second half of November if necessary conditions were fulfilled.
IMF sources told the A.A correspondent on Thursday that after the letter of intent on the sixth review was presented to the IMF administration, the Executive Board would read the letter and assess it within 10 days. Sources said that the meeting of the Executive Board would probably be held in the second half of November.
After IMF completes and approves the sixth review, it will release tranche worth of nearly 500 million U.S. dollars.
