WHAT YOU`RE DOING WAS DONE BY STALIN AND HITLER
Journalist-writer Kenize Murad, citizen of Turkey and France, objected to French Parliament`s bringing draft on so-called Armenian genocide onto agenda again. Murad said that French Parliament`s initiative is an intellectual terrorism, adding that re-writing history for political interests was earlier done by Stalin and Hitler, and concluded with a disaster.
FORGET NUCLEAR TENDER TO FRANCE
Turkish FM Abdullah Gul assessed the tense relations with France to Hurriyet. Gul told French FM Blazy that if draft on so-called Armenian genocide is adopted at French Parliament on October 12th, then France shall forget all important tenders especially the one for nuclear power plant.

Turkish national soccer team defeated Hungary 1-0 in an away match in qualifying round for 2008 European Championship.
INVESTIGATION ON DISCRIMINATION IN STATE SCHOOL
An investigation was launched when it was revealed that children of families who granted donation in Esentepe Elementary School were placed in a special class. Istanbul Provincial National Education Director Ata Ozer said, "which force can discriminate my child as poor and rich? All necessary things will be done."

A TURKISH WOMAN AT THE TOP
Guler Sabanci was ranked the ninth among "The Top 25 Businesswomen of Europe" --- a list prepared by the economy newspaper "Financial Times". The newspaper defined Sabanci as "tough and unpretentious".
FRANCE, MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS!
Speaking in a fast-breaking dinner in Istanbul`s Lutfi Kirdar Congress Hall, Turkish PM Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that France does not have the right to deal with a matter concerning only Turkey and Armenia. "France has nothing to do with this. Mind your own business France," he said.
PAMUK: A STRONG CANDIDATE FOR NOBEL
Only four days before the Nobel literature prize is granted, New York Times wrote that "the prize would either go to Syrian poet Adonis or Orhan Pamuk."

SECURITY WEAKNESS IN HIJACK
Turkish Transportation Minister Binali Yildirim kept Albanian officials responsible for hijacking of plane of Turkish Airlines (THY). Yildirim said, "a security guard should have accompanied the deported person."
