ISTANBUL - Turkish Culture & Tourism Minister Atilla Koc returned from Germany to Turkey on Saturday.
Koc visited International Frankfurt Book Fair, and signed preliminary protocol for "guest country" in 2008 with Jurgen Boss, the director of the fair.
Koc also met Frankfurt Metropolitan Mayor Petra Roth.
