Istanbul Stock Exchange First Session

NATIONAL-100 INDEX RISES TO 14,673.40 WITH AN INCREASE OF 108.65 POINTS

ISTANBUL - The Istanbul Stock Exchange (IMKB) National-100 Index in Tuesday's first session increased 108.65 points to 14,673.40 and shares gained 0.75 percent in value when compared with prices at the close of previous second session.
At the close of the first session, the financial index increased 174.81 points to 19,382.99, the industrial index increased 62.91 points to 13,482.01 and the services index rose 52.62 points to 8,209.75.
The financial shares gained 0.91 percent in value, the industrial shares gained 0.47 percent in value and the services shares gained 0.65 percent in value.
A total of 107 of the 291 shares gained in value, 112 shares lost in value and the price of 72 shares remained unchanged.
The trading volume was 266.8 trillion Turkish liras.
