Foreign Ministry: Limitation On Outflow Of Cash Money From Iraq To Turkey Was Lifted

ANKARA - Limitation on outflow of cash money more than 10 thousand U.S. dollars from Iraq to Turkey was lifted as of October 24, 2003.
Foreign Ministry Spokesman Huseyin Dirioz released a written statement on Monday and said, ''following initiatives launched on every level, limitation on outflow of cash money from Iraq to Turkey was lifted as of October 24, 2003.''
Dirioz said that the decision, which depended on a realist evaluation of existing conditions in Iraq, would contribute to refreshment of trade between Turkey and Iraq.
