Ninth European Films Festival Ends In Kars

KARS - A total of six thousand people have watched the films shown during the Ninth European Films Festival in eastern province of Kars.
Kars Municipal Culture and Art Center Curator Israfil Parlak told the A.A correspondent on Monday that the four-day festival in which short-feature films were shown, attracted great attention.
He noted that they expected number of people watching the films in the festival to rise 7.5 thousand at the end of the activity.
The festival will end today with ''Man on the Train'' by Patrice Leconte, ''Umut'' (Hope) by Yilmaz Guney and ''A Bout de Souffle'' (Breathless) by Jean Luc Godard and short-feature films.
