CANAKKALE - Turkey's northwestern city of Canakkale is hosting British tourists who arrived in the city with a Greek-flagged ship "The Emerald" on Monday.
The ship, which weighed anchor from Pireaus port of Greece and destined to Constanta port of Romania, brought 933 British passengers to the port in Kepez hamlet of Canakkale.
The tourists will visit Historical National Park of Gelibolu (Gallipoli) Peninsula and Troia Ancient City, and depart from Canakkale in the evening.
