TBILISI - Four Russian military officers accused by Georgia of spying will be returned to Russia on Monday, a spokeswoman for the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe told AFP.
"The officers will be handed over in a ceremony with the Russian and Georgian officials present. Then they will immediately be transported to the airport by the OSCE where there is a specially chartered plane on which they will go to Russia," an OSCE spokeswoman told AFP by telephone.
