VIENNA - Energy and Natural Resources Minister Hilmi Guler arrived in Vienna, Austria on Monday.
Guler will meet with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) Director General Carlos Magarinos on Tuesday and he will sign a bilateral agreement which envisions establishment of Hydrogen Energy Research Center in Istanbul.
Turkey will grant necessary land and building for the center which is expected to cost 40 million dollars and also 1,5 million dollars for the finance of center to UNIDO in the beginning of the first year after the signing of the agreement.
Guler will also meet with International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Chairman Mohammed El Baradei.
