Council Of Ministers Meeting Starts

ANKARA - The Council of Ministers convened on Monday under the leadership of Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
State Ministers Ali Babacan and Kursad Tuzmen, Culture and Tourism Minister Erkan Mumcu couldn't attend the meeting due to their schedules.
