ANKARA - Romanian Minister of Defense Ioan Mircea Pascu visited on Thursday National Defense Minister Vecdi Gonul.
Gonul said that two countries had good relations and trade volume between two countries reached 1 billion U.S. dollars.
Turkish investors made more than 500 million U.S. dollars of investments in Romania, Gonul noted.
Gonul said that there were regular military training courses between two countries after military cooperation agreement had been signed in 1992.
The countries also had cooperation in defense industry, Gonul stated.
Gonul added that visit of Pascu would further improve bilateral relations.
Pascu emphasized that two countries had good relations, adding that those good relations would continue.
