Erdogan Congratulates Aliyev

ANKARA - Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan spoke with Ilham Aliyev, who was elected as Azerbaijani President, by phone and congratulated him.
Prime Ministry Press Center issued a written statement and said Erdogan, currently in Brussels to participate in EU Summit, called Aliyev by phone and congratulated him.
