ANKARA - British Embassy in Ankara and Turkish Education Foundation (TED) signed today a cooperation protocol to offer the possibility to 10 Turkish students to have a master degree at British universities in 2007-2008 academic year.
Speaking at the ceremony at TED Center, British Ambassador to Ankara Peter Westmacott said that within the scope of the protocol 10 Turkish students will benefit from "Chevening Scholarship" to study European & International Law, Human Rights, Justice & Interior Affairs, Economy, Journalism, Environment, Agriculture, Political Science and International Relations in 2007-2008 academic year.
Young professionals from different nations gain the opportunity to work on an area they are interested in thanks to "Chevening Scholarship".
