ALMATY - Turkish, Caucasian and Central Asian energy ministers will convene in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan, on November 30th.
Adrian van der Meer, EU Commission representative to Central Asia, stated on Wednesday that his mission is to coordinate the cooperation between the EU and Kazakhistan and their interests in the energy sector.
In his statement, Meer added that the volume of Kazakh oil and gas in the European market should rise and on this account the production, shipping and consumer systems are needed to be efficiently organized.
Meer indicated that energy ministers will sign a joint communique at the end of their meeting.
