ANKARA - "There are good opportunities for Turkey and China to cooperate in services sector," Yavuz Onay, Chairman of Turkish-Chinese Business Council of Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEIK), told A.A on Tuesday.
"In China, Turkey can work in tourism, education, health and transportation sectors as well" Onay added.
Onay noted that Turkish State Minister Kursad Tuzmen and an accompanying delegation would visit China between September 18th and 24th.
He indicated, "total capital invested by Turkish companies in China is approximately 25 million USD, while Chinese investment in Turkey is a mere 1 million USD."
The trade volume between Turkey and China was 7.4 billion USD in 2005, 6.9 billion USD of these being Turkey?s imports from China, officials said.
