ANKARA - Parliament Speaker Bulent Arinc explained on Tuesday reforms planned to be made in the parliament to the ambassadors of several countries in Ankara.
A statement of Parliamentary Communication Office said that Arinc hosted a luncheon at the Official Residence which was attended by Norwegian Ambassador Kurt O. Wyss, Chilean Ambassador Pedro Barbos, Australian Ambassador Jonathan Philp, South African Ambassador L. M. Sobizana Mngqikana, New Zealander Ambassador Jan Henderson, Japanese Ambassador Tomuyiki Abe, Canadian Charges D'Affairs Martiel Page and Mexican Charge D'Affairs Francisco De Paula Costro-Reynoso.
Arinc told about Turkey's attitude towards European Union (EU) membership process, and Cyprus and Iraq issues in the luncheon while the ambassadors expressed their own views and their government's views on these issues.
