ANKARA - "We do not expect a surprise during the vote of the memorandum on dispatch of (Turkish) troops to Lebanon," said Turkish PM Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
Before participating in the group meeting of his Justice & Development Party (AKP) at the parliament, Erdogan told reporters, "we believe that it will be passed (from the parliament) just as we think. We will debate it in this meeting."
