Devlet Bahceli Re-elected As Leader Of M.H.P.

ANKARA - Devlet Bahceli was re-elected as leader of Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) in the Seventh Regular Congress on Sunday.
A total of 1,142 delegates from registered 1,180 cast their votes. 1,127 of them were valid, and 15 others were invalid.
Bahceli got 688 of the valid votes and was re-elected as the leader.
Under the party regulation, absolute majority was reached in the first round of voting, so there was no need for a second tour of voting.
