Four Terrorists Killed In Tunceli

ANKARA - Four terrorists were killed during operations in Ovacik town of eastern Tunceli province.
A statement of Gendarme General Command said on Monday that clash occurred between gendarme forces and terrorists near Kusluca village of Ovacik town on October 10 and four terrorists were killed in the clash.
Officials said that they thought that the four terrorists staged the attack on convoy including Tunceli Governor Ali Cafer Akyuz.
An armed attack was staged on Tunceli Governor Akyuz when he was returning from Pulumur town with a convoy on July 8, 2003. Two security officials died in the attack while Akyuz was not injured.
