Number Of Russian Tourists Visiting Antalya Increases More Than 50 Percent In 2003

  ANTALYA - The number of Russian tourists who visited southern Antalya province increased more than 50 percent in the first nine months of 2003 when compared with the same period of last year.
     A total of 495 thousand 410 Russian tourists visited Antalya between January 1 and September 30 last year, while this number increased to 716 thousand 704 in the same period of 2003.
     The ratio of Russian tourists among all tourists visiting Antalya in the first nine months of 2002 was nine percent, while this ratio increased to 19 percent in the same period of 2003.
