ISTANBUL - State Minister Ali Babacan left for Britain on Thursday to attend a conference entitled ''Capital Markets and Investment in Turkey''.
The conference will be held by Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEIK) and Turkish-British Business Council in London on October 10.
