61.3 Percent Of Export From Automotive Sector To E.U. Countries

BURSA - A total of 61.3 percent of export from automotive sector was made to 15 EU countries in the first nine months of 2003.
Turkey obtained 3.1 billion U.S. dollars of income from automotive export to EU market. Turkey obtained totally 5.1 billion U.S. dollars from automotive export in that period.
Uludag Exporter Associations (UIB) told the A.A correspondent on Thursday that the sector exported its products to 16 free zones, 168 countries and autonomous regions in the nine months of 2003.
