Constitutional Court Annuls Law Reducing Retirement Age Of Civil Servants And Foreseeing Gradual Retirement

ANKARA - Constitutional Court annulled on Wednesday the law which reduces retirement age of civil servants from 65 to 61 and foresaw gradual retirement.
Constitutional Court Deputy Chairman Hasim Kilic said that Constitutional Court annulled the article of the law which reduced retirement age of civil servants from 65 to 61 with majority of vote.
The article which foresees gradual retirement was also annulled as it was violating Constitution.
