ANKARA - State Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Abdullatif Sener said on Wednesday that the primary surplus would be 6.5 percent in 2004.
Following the meeting of the Supreme Planning Board (YPK), Sener told a press conference that they put into practice economic program in 2003 with determination and stated that they would continue to do so in 2004 as well.
Sener said that the target of primary surplus would be 6.5 percent in 2004 and added that they received better results on some figures concerning budget and macroeconomic targets than expected.
