Topuz: Everybody Casts His / Her Vote Aware Of Decision Of Iraqi Interim Governing Council

ANKARA - Ali Topuz, Republican People's Party (CHP) group deputy chairman, said on Tuesday that everybody cast his/her vote on the motion on dispatch of soldiers to Iraq being aware of the decision of the Iraqi Interim Governing Council opposing deployment of Turkish soldiers in their country.
Topuz told A.A correspondent that the decision to send soldiers to Iraq was taken by a majority and without any problems although everybody knew the decision of the Iraqi Interim Governing Council.
''In fact, adoption of this motion is a development which will create a very negative situation in future relations between Iraq and Turkey,'' Topuz said.
Topuz noted that Iraqi people ''did not support the United States which had a position of occupier and the Iraqi government which was standing as the puppet of the United States.''
''Iraq will re-evaluate its relations with the United States, which tries to rule Iraq despite Iraqi people, and Turkey, which has relations with its the puppet government in Iraq, when a government is formed by will of its own people in the future,'' Topuz said.
Topuz stated that Turkey extended a support to the United States which it did not deserve and took a decision against its laws and Constitution for the first time in the history of the Republic.
''Those who are responsible for this move is the administrators of the Justice and Development Party (AK Party),'' Topuz said.
