Erzurum Dgm Starts To Hear Case On Pkk/kadek Member Kaytan Extradited By Syria To Turkey

ERZURUM - Erzurum State Security Court (DGM) started to hear a case on Hayati Kaytan who is a member of terrorist organization PKK/KADEK and who was extradited by Syria to Turkey two months ago.
Hayati Kaytan said that he did not get allegations about him and requested the court to give time to meet his lawyers and read allegations.
The court later postponed the hearing due to his demand.
Kaytan is being tried as he clashed as a member of PKK/KADEK with security forces in Diyarbakir, Van, Hakkari, Bingol and Agri provinces and as he was involved in separatist activities.
