Bulgarian President Purvanov Arrives In Ankara

ANKARA - Bulgarian President Georgi Purvanov arrived in Ankara on Tuesday for an official visit.
Finance Minister Kemal Unakitan, Ankara Governor Yahya Gur and Bulgarian Ambassador in Ankara Stoyan Stalev welcomed Purvanov at Esenboga Airport.
Bulgarian parliamentarians and businessmen accompanied Purvanov.
Purvanov, who will be welcomed with an official ceremony at Cankaya Presidential Palace, will have a bilateral meeting with President Ahmet Necdet Sezer. Purvanov and Sezer will also head meetings between delegations of two countries.
Purvanov will later meet with Parliament Speaker Bulent Arinc and Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
