Dehap Applies To Supreme Court Of Appeals Seeking For Correction Of Decision

ANKARA - Guven Ozata, the lawyer of four former administrators of Democratic People's Party (DEHAP) whose sentence was confirmed for making forgery in official documents, applied to the Supreme Court of Appeals asking for correction of the decision.
Speaking to reporters after submitting his petition to the Court, Ozata said that suspects had to benefit from the law on conditional release and suspension of cases.
Supreme Court of Appeals Chief Prosecutor's office which approved the imprisonment, has to accept first the request for correction of the decision. Asking for correction of the decision does not impede execution of the sentence.
