National Defense Minister Gonul Leaves For The United States

ISTANBUL - National Defense Minister Vecdi Gonul left for the United States on Monday to attend informal meeting of NATO Defense Ministers.
Afghanistan, International Security Assistance Force (ISAF), Iraq and the Balkans, and activities for the development of the NATO Rapid Response Force will be taken up during the meeting which will be held in Colorado between October 7 and 9.
Gonul will return to Turkey on October 10.
