ANKARA - Higher Election Board (YSK) Chairman Tufan Algan said on Saturday that reasoned verdict of their decision, which rejected applications to cancel the results of November 3 elections, would start to be written on Monday.
Algan said the decision was appropriate to laws and the constitution.
Algan said they would reply to all the applications of seven parties and around 300 citizens, noting that this would be announced to media afterwards.
