Inflation Rate In September

ANKARA - State Institute of Statistics (SISI) announced on Friday the rise in wholesale prices as 0.1 percent and in consumer prices as 1.9 percent in September.
A statement of SIS said that the annual inflation was 19.1 percent in wholesale prices index (WPI) and 23.0 percent in consumer prices index (CPI) in September.
The nine-month inflation rate was 10.7 percent in WPI and 13.8 percent in CPI.
Meanwhile, 12-month inflation in wholesale prices was 30.3 percent and 28.4 percent in consumer prices as of September.
Inflation in private manufacturing industry which is named as core inflation became 0.2 percent in September.
