ROSTOV - Tuncay Ozilhan, Executive Board Chairman of Turkish Industrialists and Businessmen Association (TUSIAD) said on Thursday that political stability was established in Turkey.
Ozilhan spoke to journalists in Rostov city of Russia where he came to inaugurate beer factory of Efes Pilsen.
Ozilhan said, ''I don't see any land mines that will disrupt the balances and create concern for us. All that is needed is there should not be political instability. Early elections is one of them.''
Ozilhan said, ''if we implement the program well, abide by budget discipline and maintain inflation trend, we will be able to provide growth so that Turkey would not have problems in 2004. There can be deviations, but it can be solved.''
Replying a question, Ozilhan said 8.5 billion U.S. dollars loan was important, stating that it would relieve Turkish economy. ''However,'' he noted Turkey could continue to progress on its path without this loan.
