Turkey - U.S Talks On Fight Against Terrorism End

SIDES AGREE ON AN ACTION PLAN

ANKARA - Second tour of talks, held between Turkey and the United States aiming to eliminate terrorist PKK/KADEK organization from north of Iraq, ended on Thursday.
The talks were chaired by Foreign Ministry Deputy Undersecretary Nabi Sensoy and J. Cofer Black, Coordinator for Counterterrorism for the Department of State.
U.S. Ambassador in Ankara Eric Edelman also participated in the talks that lasted for 3,5 hours.
Speaking after the talks, Black recalled that United States recognized PKK/KADEK as a terrorist organization, stating that there was not a place for terrorist KADEK organization in Iraq.
Sensoy in his part said they agreed with the U.S. on an action plan regarding elimination of PKK/KADEK from the region.
