Foreign Minister Gul Returns To Turkey

ANKARA - Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Abdullah Gul returned to Turkey on Thursday. Gul visited New York, Brussels and Rome.
Asked when Turkey would make a decision on dispatch of soldiers to Iraq, Gul said that the decision would be taken soon and evaluations were about to be completed.
Replying to questions on the condition of the loan agreement on Turkey's non-entrance in north of Iraq, Gul said that the decision of the U.S. Congress covered some provisions binding the United States.
Gul added, ''but, there is nothing binding Turkey. Turkey may not take the loan if it doesn't suit with its interests.''
