SAMSUN - German Ambassador to Turkey Eckart Cuntz has indicated that Turkish-German joint projects were rapidly advancing.
Cuntz, who is visiting coastal city of Samsun to have talks regarding solid waste facilities built by Samsun Municipality with a loan from German Development Bank (KfW), had a meeting with Governor Hasan Basri Guzeloglu on Tuesday.
Recalling that there have been a solid partnership between Turkey and Germany, Cuntz noted that KfW extended grants to waste management and waste water treatment plant projects conducted in Samsun. Cuntz stressed that he hoped that Germany would contribute to other projects in Turkey as well.
