D.Y.P. Applies To Y.S.K. For Cancellation Of Votes Of Dehap In November 3 Elections

ANKARA - True Path Party (DYP) applied on Tuesday to the Higher Election Board (YSK) for cancellation of votes of Democratic People`s Party (DEHAP) in November 3 elections and counting threshold and deputy distribution again.
DYP deputy leaders Ali Riza Gonul and Nevzat Ercan and the lawyers of party, Ahmet Iyimaya and Bekir Sami Dace, submitted their applications to YSK and met with YSK Chairman Tufan Algan.
Gonul told reporters that their application would be considered a note recorded in law and democracy history and added that they believed that the application would be evaluated by higher court the same way.
