Gul And E.U. Commissioner For Enlargement Verheugen To Discuss Progress Report

BRUSSELS - Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Abdullah Gul and EU Commissioner for Enlargement Guenter Verheugen will discuss issues regarding Progress Report about Turkey which would be announced by EU Commission at the beginning of November, EU officials said.
Gul, who is currently in Brussels, will meet with Verheugen on Monday.
Gul is holding a working meeting in which diplomatic representatives are also participating.
Foreign Minister Gul will also attend inauguration of ''Contemporary Turkish Painting Exhibition'' in EU Commission Building.
He will leave Brussels for Rome on Tuesday morning.
