I.M.F. Delegation Starts Official Talks In Ankara

ANKARA - International Monetary Fund (IMF) delegation, led by IMF Turkey Desk Chief Reza Moghadam, started official talks in Ankara on Monday.
Sources said that IMF delegation would meet with economy units in Ankara on Monday.
Officials from Treasury, State Planning Organization, Finance Ministry, Tourism Ministry, Eximbank and Central Bank will attend the meeting.
IMF delegation met with representatives of private sector in Istanbul within the scope of the sixth review.
IMF Representative to Turkey Odd Per Brekk said that the sixth review could be approved by IMF Executive Directors Board at the end of October or at the beginning of November and he added that this could pave the way of releasing a new loan tranche worth of 500 million dollars.
