ISTANBUL - Retail prices were down by 0.65 percent in Istanbul, a megapolis of 12 million inhabitants, in July, while wholesale prices were up by 0.13 percent, the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce (ITO) announced on Tuesday.
According to a report released by the Chamber, annual consumer price index went up 12.75 p.c. and wholesale price index increased 9.09 p.c. as of July.
