DIYARBAKIR - The Second International Middle East Industry Fair was opened in southeastern Diyarbakir province on Saturday.
Speaking in the opening ceremony, Interior Minister Abdulkadir Aksu said that Turkey had suffered much from terrorism.
Aksu noted that it was now time to make investments by making use of resources and energy.
Everybody would undertake the duty to maintain atmosphere of tranquility and confidence from now on irrespective of its cost, Aksu added.
Seventy-five Iraqi businessmen joined the fair.
The fair will remain open till October 3.
