ANKARA - Turkey-Tajikistan Joint Economic Commission (JEC) third term meeting will be held in Dushanbe between September 29 and October 3.
Releasing a statement on Friday, Foreign Trade Undersecretariat said that State Minister Mehmet Aydin would head the Turkish delegation in the meetings.
The statement said that commercial and economic relations between the two countries would be taken up and measures which should be put into practice to improve bilateral relations would be determined in JEC meetings.
There was a 52 million U.S. dollars of foreign trade volume between Turkey and Tajikistan in 2002.
Opportunities for signing a partnership and cooperation agreement that is possible under relations with the EU will also be discussed.
Turkish delegation will return home on October 4.
