ISTANBUL - International Monetary Fund (IMF) delegation, led by Turkey Desk Chief Reza Moghadam, met on Friday with representatives of Turkish Exporters Assembly (TIM) in Istanbul.
Following the meeting which lasted for about two hours, TIM Chairman Oguz Satici said that they told IMF delegation that the Central Bank should serve as regulator regarding the issues of exchange rate and monetary policy.
Satici said that they also made some proposals on monetary policies which were pursued by the Central Bank in the meeting.
