ISTANBUL - International Monetary Fund (IMF) delegation headed by Turkey Desk Chief Reza Moghadam started on Thursday contacts in Istanbul as a part of the sixth review.
The delegation visited Individual Industrialists' and Businessmen's Association (MUSIAD).
Following the meeting, Moghadam told reporters that they visited the association to learn the views of MUSIAD and MUSIAD Chairman Ali Bayramoglu about economy.
Moghadam noted that their meeting was very fruitful and they reviewed developments recorded since their last meeting in July.
Their dialogue with MUSIAD and MUSIAD chairman would continue, Moghadam added.
IMF delegation will meet with members of Turkish Industrialists' and Businessmen's Association (TUSIAD) later in the day.
The delegation is expected to hold meetings with administrators of the Banks Association of Turkey, Foreign Capital Association and Turkish Exporters Assembly on Friday.
