ISTANBUL - Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Istanbul on Wednesday.
Aliyev will attend the dinner which will be hosted by Turkish President Ahmet Necdet Sezer at Ciragan Palace in Istanbul tonight on the occasion of inauguration of Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil pipeline.
Azerbaijani President Aliyev was on vacation in southern resort city of Antalya.
