ISTANBUL - Prime Minister Ferdi Sabit Soyer and Foreign Minister Serdar Denktas of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) arrived in Istanbul on Wednesday.
Soyer and Denktas will attend the dinner which will be hosted by Turkish President Ahmet Necdet Sezer at Ciragan Palace in Istanbul tonight on the occasion of inauguration of Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil pipeline.
