American - Turkish Council Delegation Due In Turkey

ISTANBUL - Delegation of American-Turkish Council, the interlocutor of Turkish-American Business Council, will pay a visit to Turkey.
The delegation, comprised of ATC Chairman General Brent Scowcroft and Executive Board members, will pay the visit between September 25 and October 1.
A panel discussion, entitled, ''Turkey and United States in New Middle East'' will take place on September 26.
Scowcroft, U.S. Congress Turkey Friendship Group members Ed Whitfield, Alcee Hastings, Justice and Development Party (AK Party) parliamentarian Reha Denemec, Republican Peoples Party (CHP) parliamentarian Onur Oymen, and Los Angeles Times journalist Amberin Zaman will address the panel discussion.
Possible developments in the Middle East, effects of those developments on Turkey, United States, Turkish-U.S. relations are expected to be discussed at the panel discussion.
