ANKARA - State Minister Ali Babacan said on Friday that Turkey had to wait until Sept. 20 regarding the U.S. loan worth of 8.5 billion dollars, adding that ''the schedule will then be announced.''
Speaking to A.A correspondent at Esenboga Airport before leaving for Dubai where IMF-World Bank meetings would be held, Babacan said that the schedule about the U.S. loan would be announced after Sept. 20 and he believed that the meetings in Dubai would be productive.
Babacan said that both Prime Minister Erdogan and himself had a busy schedule in Dubai, adding that ''our participation in the meeting in which world finance circles were represented at the highest level will be important for Turkey.''
