AH- Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Abdullah Gul said about the process of sending soldiers to Iraq that, it would be evaluated in the National Security Council (MGK) meeting to be held tomorrow.
Asked whether UN decision was a precondition about sending soldiers to Iraq, Gul said that Turkey gave importance to UN decision but the matter would completely be evaluated in the National Security Council (MGK) meeting and that in this framework Turkey could see her future.
Stressing that the national benefits of Turkey were preferential, Gul said that if UN gave a new decision, it would be beneficial. He said that, the government would make the final decision.
