Portuguese President Sampaio Visits Cappadocia

NEVSEHIR - Portuguese President Jorge Sampaio, who is currently in Turkey as the official guest of President Ahmet Necdet Sezer, visited on Tuesday historical and touristic places of Cappadocia region of central Anatolian Nevsehir province.
Sampaio and accompanying delegation visited Uchisar Castle and Goreme Open Air Museum and then attended the meal held in their honor at Cappadocia Dedeman Hotel.
Sampaio and accompanying delegation will depart from Nevsehir in the afternoon.
